Description
This report presents a guide to selecting high-quality commercial antibodies against GTPase Rab7A in western blot, immunoprecipitation, and immunofluorescence using a standardized experimental protocol based on comparing read-outs in knockout cell lines and isogenic controls. This work was supported by the CQDM (by a grant from the Ministère de l’Économie, de l’Innovation et de l’Énergie du Québec) as well as the Government of Canada through Genome Canada, Genome Quebec, and Ontario Genomics (grant no.
