SIFT implementation used for the experiments

This is the original implementation of the Sift algorithm used to run the experiments for the "Learning Lifted STRIPS Models from Action Traces Alone:
A Simple, General, and Scalable Solution" paper published at ICAPS 2025.
It also contains all artifacts of the original experiment run.

There is also a rebuild of the experiments included using a more readable implementation.
