D3.4 – Living Lab activities plan and evaluation report v4
- 1. Smart Innovation Norway (SIN)
Description
The Living Lab (LL) methodology in the ACCEPT project employed a user-centric co-creation approach, emphasizing iterative feedback and active end-user involvement. The framework combined top-down strategic planning with bottom-up insights from pilot site representatives, ensuring alignment between technical objectives and community needs. Despite challenges like COVID-19, the project adapted through hybrid engagement methods, maintaining continuity and inclusivity. Monthly meetings and workshops facilitated cross-collaboration, preventing siloed efforts. This deliverable summarises the key engagement activities in the LLs, their results, impact, and evaluation throughout the 48 months of the project. It also provides an updated engagement roadmap with an overview and timeline of the completed engagements.
