DMP: Analyzing Airbnb Listings in New York City for Investment Opportunities

This Data Management Plan (DMP) outlines the FAIR data management approach for analyzing Airbnb listings in New York City to guide investment decisions. The document details how data from 48,895 Airbnb listings is processed using machine learning techniques (K-Means clustering and Random Forest regression) to identify optimal pricing strategies, high-demand neighborhoods, and profitable room types. The DMP addresses data findability through persistent identifiers, accessibility through repositories, interoperability through standardized formats, and reusability through comprehensive documentation and metadata.
