D2.1 Communication & Dissemination Plan

This document outlines the Communication and Dissemination Plan (Deliverable D2.1) for the CAN.HEAL project (EU4Health Programme, Grant number: 101080009). It defines the strategy and activities for internal and external communication to maximize CAN.HEAL’s impact by optimizing knowledge exchange, building community engagement, and strengthening the dissemination of project outcomes. The plan sets out clear objectives, identifies key audiences, establishes content workflows, and details the communication channels, including website updates, social media (X/Twitter), newsletters, events, academic publications, and a Zenodo repository. The plan also includes sustainability strategies to ensure the long-term accessibility of project results post-project completion.

The CAN.HEAL consortium consists of 42 partners from 17 countries, aiming to bridge health and genomics in cancer prevention, diagnosis, and treatment across Europe.
