This supplementary data and code set accompanies the manuscript "Adaptive collective behaviour reduces the impact of limited visual information from water turbidity" by Christos C. Ioannou, James Cordery & Sean A. Rands (School of Biological Sciences, University of Bristol, United Kingdom).

Two files are presented:

  • SupData.csv — a comma-delimited text file containing the experimental data collected in the fish experiments.
  • SupRcode.R — a plain-text R code file, containing code used for analysing the data (and generating the manuscript figures) contained in SupData.csv.
