Description
This dataset provides the data and code for Li et al.'s study on large live biomass carbon losses from droughts in northern temperate ecosystems during 2016-2022. Using L-band (1.4 GHz) vegetation optical depth (L-VOD) biomass carbon estimates, we analyze the changes in live biomass carbon across northern ecosystems and explore the causes related to recent drought and wildfire disturbances.
