Authors/Creators

  • 1. Eko-Konnect Research and Education Initiative

Description

DataCite supports communities worldwide in making research openly available and connected so that their reuse can advance knowledge. We enable the creation and management of persistent identifiers, integrate services to improve research workflows, and facilitate the discovery and reuse of research outputs and resources.

Join this session featuring Global Access Fund awardees to learn how organizations use our infrastructure and services to improve research workflows across the world. From leading the establishment of a DataCite Consortium, to building a data repository specializing in motion capture (mocap) data and digitizing museum collections to promote indigenous knowledge, DataCite open infrastructure can serve a diverse range of communities and their needs.

Speaker: Owen Iyoha, Eko-Konnect, Nigeria
