Introduction
Through its case law, the inter American court of human rights aims not only to provide remedies for victims in particular cases but also to transform the structural causes that contributed to the violation of human rights in those cases. 
Yes, The Inter-American Court of Human Rights (IACtHR) has been playing a very vital role in protecting and promoting human rights in North, Central and South America. An important elementary objective of it is to find out the structural causes of the violations of human rights. Ultimately, it caters to the need to build the bridge between changes and also promotes the rule of law in both the continents of America. Unlike the other regional human rights courts, the American Inter Human Rights Court has seen more progress following its landmark judgments related to reparations. These reparation judgments have also shaped the jurisprudence at the international level. In matters related to reparation, the courts have shown that the impact is on the states. These impacts are not only about paying off for the judgments that have been ordered by the court, moreover, are related to establishing human rights which are related to more apt and accurate remedies serving internally.The decisions of the court have been more bending towards providing fair damages which would be provided after the state, Inter American Commission and the victim's legal guardian are consulted.
