Release v1.0.0 – Code for Italian DENV Outbreaks: Lodi (2023) & Fano (2024)

This release includes the full codebase and supporting materials for the simulation of a mathematical model for DENV outbreaks in Lodi (2023) and Fano (2024), Italy, as detailed in the accompanying publication.

  • Julia code for DENV transmission dynamics
  • Supporting data files
  • Climate data from ERA5 for Lodi and Fano (Note: climate data is not supplied with the code and needs to be downloaded separately.)
