AIIM as a Metamodel for Identity Formation in Humanized AI Systems

This preprint presents the AIIM model (Artificially Integrated Identity Matrix), a modular framework for creating adaptive, humanized AI agents. It integrates cognitive, emotional, and social components into an interpretable system architecture and enables personalized behavioral modeling for next-generation AI.
