D5.1 - Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation Plan

This deliverable outlines the Communication, Dissemination, Engagement, and Exploitation Plan for CEISphere, detailing the structured approach to ensuring visibility, stakeholder involvement, and long-term impact of the project. The plan is built upon the legacy of UNLOCK-CEI, while refining engagement to better align with emerging priorities, particularly in AI-driven CEI applications. The dissemination strategy is structured in three progressive phases—Establish, Expand, and Sustain—to build awareness, strengthen technological collaboration, and drive long-term adoption of CEI solutions.

Dedicated dissemination campaigns are planned to support key project milestones, including a targeted campaign on the Hourglass Model (M7–M9), followed by a Technological Excellence campaign (M9–M24) and later transitioning towards policy recommendations and exploitation efforts (M25–M30). The communication plan ensures continuous engagement through a mix of digital tools, events, newsletters, and press releases, supported by a visual identity and a joint messaging framework agreed with the LargeScale Pilots (LSPs) supported by CEI-Sphere, namely O-CEI and COP-PILOT. The CEI-Sphere website and social media channels serve as central hubs for outreach, while strategic connection to the EUCEI initiative, and participation in EC channels and EU-wide events guarantee alignment with broader policy and standardisation discussions.

The deliverable is a direct output of WP5, which also offers dedicated services to the LSPs, including event orchestration, synergy building, open call promotion, and ecosystem engagement. The Innovation Ecosystem Visualisation Tool, to be launched in its first iteration at M10, will play a role in tracking stakeholder interactions, progress of pilots, and market trends. By implementing the multi-layered communication and dissemination strategy here presented, CEI-Sphere will try to ensure that its contributions to interoperability, market adoption, and standardisation in CloudEdge-IoT are effectively communicated, widely adopted, and positioned for lasting impact beyond the project’s duration.
