🔬 Abstract

This white paper introduces Quantum Neuro Cells, a revolutionary framework for programmable neuroscience that integrates quantum biology, endocannabinoid signalling (ECS), AI-driven synaptic modelling, and neuro-regenerative logic.

The paper explores the role of quantum coherence, biophotonic emissions, and ECS-mediated neurotransmission in cognitive function, memory formation, consciousness, and neural repair. It builds on contemporary theories from Penrose–Hameroff (Orch OR), Fisher’s quantum spin models, and biophoton research — transforming them into actionable therapeutic and technological blueprints.
