The following bug fixes have been included in this release:

A bug which truncated sample naming conventions has been remedied. Samples will now have their naming convention preserved throughout the entirety of the pipeline.
A nextflow_schema.json update regarding $ref": "#/$defs/" has been reverted back to $ref": "#/$definitions/" to ensure compatibility with Nextflow Tower.
