SOCIALIZATION OF YOUTH AS A FACTOR IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIETY

Description

This article explores the pivotal role of youth socialization in societal development.
It examines the processes through which young individuals acquire the norms,
values, and behaviors necessary for active participation in society. The study
employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative
interviews to assess the impact of various socialization agents. Findings indicate that
family, educational institutions, peer groups, and digital media significantly
influence youth socialization. The discussion highlights the implications of these
findings for policy and practice, emphasizing the need for supportive environments
that foster positive socialization experiences.
