D3.2 Baseline

This deliverable is part of Task 3.2. Baseline of the WP3, Monitoring and evaluation. This report present baseline data from each case study concerning their selected KPIs and parameters to be monitored. This data will be used to compare post-intervention state of each case study. In the initial version of the report, some case studies could only provide limited data due to ongoing baseline data collection efforts. Consequently, this version of the report incorporates a significant amount of additional data from the cases. Furthermore, it facilitates a comparison of common KPIs among the case studies.
