Description
The Boenisch Principle is a structured framework for transforming overwhelmed self-employed professionals into self-determined entrepreneurial personalities – called Freipreneurs.
It is based on 12 measurable steps structured within a 3×3 transformation model that moves individuals from operational chaos toward clarity, from reactive survival mode to scalable structure, and finally from working in their business to creating impact by working on it.
This publication defines the model, explains its distinct methodology, and differentiates it from other frameworks such as the Lean Startup method, EKS strategy, and the Cashflow Quadrant. Unlike those approaches, the Boenisch Principle focuses on a new entrepreneurial identity rather than just business performance.
This is the official English publication by the original author.
