Traditional healthcare systems face challenges to data security, integrity, and transparency due to centralized storage models. Unauthorized access, data breaches, and manipulation threaten patient confidentiality and trust. The proposed system integrates block chain technology to securely manage interactions between patients, doctors, and laboratories.Using Ethereum-based smart contracts, Ganache for block chain simulation, and Meta Mask for authentication, this system ensures decentralized data storage, tamper-proof medical records, and secure authentication mechanisms.This research explores the implementation, working mechanism, and advantages of block chain in healthcare, highlighting its ability to enhance data privacy, access control, and transaction security. The study also discusses potential challenges to adoption and scalability.
