Material for the Evaluation of oc_validator with Matilda and of oc_monitor with OpenCitations Meta

Description
This repository stores all material concerning the evaluation of oc_validator and oc_monitor software with two application cases:
- citation data and bibliographic metadata from Matilda (oc_validator).
- the currently (15 april 2025) available data in OpenCitations Meta triplestore (oc_monitor).
Material for oc_validator applied to Matilda data
| File name | File Content |
| matilda_metadata.csv | The table storing metadata from Matilda. Used as input data for evaluating oc_validator. |
| matilda_citations.csv | The table storing citations from Matilda. Used as input data for evaluating oc_validator. |
| matilda.ipynb | A reproducible Python notebook showing how we used oc_validator with Matilda's data. |
| out_validate_meta.json | The machine-readable and complete results (output report) of the validation of the metadata table (matilda_metadata.csv) with oc_validator. |
| meta_validation_summary.txt | The human-readable summary of the validation report produced with oc_validator for the metadata table. |
| out_validate_cits.json | The machine-readable and complete results (output report) of the validation of the citations table (matilda_citations.csv) with oc_validator. |
| cits_validation_summary.txt | The human-readable summary of the validation report produced with oc_validator for the citations table. |
| results.xlxs | A spreadsheet storing a tabular representation of the validation reports for both citations and metadata tables, showing the count for each kind of error. |
Material for oc_monitor applied to OpenCitations Meta data

| ijdl_meta_monitor_config.json | The configuration file for the oc_monitor process, including the SPARQL queries to run over the endpoint. |
| monitor_oc_meta_april2025.ipynb | A reproducible Python notebook showing how we used oc_monitor with OpenCitations Meta live triplestore. |
| ijdl_meta_monitor_results.json | The full machine-readable output of oc_monitor ran on OpenCitations Meta data (april 2025). |
