COMMON NAME(S): Hypenine moth

SYNONYM(S): Hypena ectoglauca Hampson, 1902; Hypena lyperalis Mabille, 1880e.

DISTRIBUTION: Angola, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guinea, Kenya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mozambique, Republiic of Congo, Rwanda, South Africa, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, Yemen, Zambia, Zimbabwe.

LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: Chililabombwe, in Copperbelt Province; Kafue and Lusaka, in Lusaka Province.

LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Unknown.
