Description
This dataset describes the data used in the paper “Forest degradation is undermining progress on deforestation in the Amazon”, published in Global Change Biology in 2025. The data include estimates of deforestation and forest degradation, which were also used to produce the figure in the paper. All data are freely available from the TerraBrasilis platform (https://terrabrasilis.dpi.inpe.br/en/home-page/).
