Italian Onshore Wind Turbines Database

The database reports the onshore Italian wind farms by giving information on:

• Location/city of the farm
• Number of wind turbines
• Model of the wind turbine
• Total installed power
• Yearly productivity
• Equivalent hours

The authors relied on open-source data; the main sources are The wind power online database and GSE Atlaimpianti.

In the interactive map, there is a colour map based on the emission factors per region (weighted average) for five rated powers: (i) 600 kW, (ii) 850 kW, (iii) 2000 kW, (iv) 3000 kW, and (v) 4200 kW.

Data are reconstructed based on publicly accessible information. Authors do not guarantee the validity or correctness of the data, and no responsibility is taken for issues related to the use of such data.
