Description

We present the complete genome of Rhodococcoides sp. M4-66, a halotolerant bacterial strain isolated from agricultural soil in Argentina, showing plant growth-promoting traits. The 4.08 Mb genome, with a GC content of 70.2%, includes genes involved in nitrogen fixation (nifH), phosphate solubilization (phoA, phoD), iron acquisition through the entA-F gene cluster, and cellulolytic activity. The genomic data are available under BioProject PRJNA1230365.
