Globunio mirificus Chen, Dai, Huang & Wu, 2024, sp. nov.

Diagnosis.

Same as the tribe.

Etymology.

The species is made from the Latin g lob for globular, and unio for the unionid type genus.

Vernacular name.

球蚌属 (qiú bàng shǔ).
