Description
This study explored the perceptions of secondary school principals in Bayelsa State regarding moral leadership, considering factors such as gender, experience, and location. A total of 190 principals were randomly selected from a population of 278 using the stratified random sampling technique. Three null hypotheses were formulated and tested at a 0.05 significance level using z-test statistics. Findings indicated no significant difference in principals' perceptions of moral leadership based on gender and experience. However, a significant difference was observed concerning location. Based on these findings, it was recommended that the Bayelsa State Ministry of Education conduct regular school inspections and supervision to enhance principals' moral leadership skills.
