The complex I (NADH dehydrogenase), complex IV (cytochrome c oxidase), ATP synthase, ribosomal RNAs, transfer RNAs, cytochrome b and control region (D-loop) are annotated. Genes located outside the circle are transcribed in a clockwise direction, whilefig. genes inside are transcribed counterclockwise. The inner ring shadow denotes the GC content of the genome.
