Description
Kurator-ffdq updated to reflect changes to bdqffdq: ontology in preparation for submission of the BDQ Core standard to TDWG. Used to build the RDF representations of bdqcore: for the BDQ Core submission. There is one change from 3.0.0 to 3.1.0: bdqenh:FillInFrom changed to bdqenh:FilledInFrom.
Is able to produce RDF serializations of data quality test descriptions modeled with the bdqffdq ontology. Includes utility class to load bdqcore model from term-version csv file as prepared for BDQ Core submission. Can serialize model to RDF and can query against model and bdqffdq ontology. Test execution not fully updated for changes to bdqffdq and changes to tests.
