Description

This python script was developed to correlate structural (AFM) and elemental composition (SIMS) data for characterization of functionalized nanostructures. When an object is measured in separate devices, the position, orientation, resolution and format of the data may differ and prevent a correlation of these information. This script is designed to first harmonize the format of the AFM and SIMS data and then perform an automated correlation of the two data types.
