Description

This dataset has been prepared to support analyses using the cMF-TVB (Cerebellar mean field - The Virtual Brain) platform. It includes all the necessary input data to initialize and run subject-specific brain network models.

  • SC_<name>: Structural connectivity data  - input of cMF-TVB
  • ROISignals.txt: Region-specific Experimental BOLD  - used for validation of cMF-TVB

This dataset is intended for researchers interested in running cMF-TVB pipeline. Please cite this dataset using the provided DOI if used in your research.
