Description

The dataset provides relevant raw and processed Data supporting the manuscript "Large gold nanoparticle release assay for attomolar detection of miRNA related to myelodysplastic neoplasms".

The manuscript is about the design of large functionalized AuNPs for attomolar detection of hsa-miR-451a using a nanoparticle release (NPR) assay and a surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor.
In addition, a prospective application of the developed NPR assay for the diagnosis of myelodysplastic neoplasms (MDS) is reported.

Full context and detailed analysis of the provided raw and processed Data can be found in the manuscript.
