Acumulación versus Redistribución/Reconocimiento: Coordenadas para comprender el derecho al agua en Guerrero desde la pluralidad étnica

La presente investigación tiene como objetivos discutir y analizar desde la perspectiva de la justicia social fundada en la interacción redistribución/reconocimiento como los clivajes estructurales de exclusión (clase, raza y género), junto con el desarrollo de un capitalismo depredador y el calentamiento global, influyen en el ejercicio del derecho humano al agua en, Guerrero; e, identificar cómo la ausencia en su aplicación impacta negativamente en el bienestar de las personas que habitan dicha cuenca hidrológica. Para abordar estas cuestiones se adopta la perspectiva tridimensional de la justicia social planteados por Fraser y Honnet (2006), la cual contempla la distribución equitativa de los derechos sociales, el reconocimiento de las identidades culturales históricamente vulneradas y la representación política igualitaria en la toma de decisiones. Para realizar esta investigación se empleó se utilizó una metodología de carácter argumental cualitativo, con el que se describe y analiza el marco conceptual del derecho al agua con el que se analiza la legislación nacional e internacional del derecho al agua.
Abstract
The objectives of this research are to discuss and analyze from the perspective of social justice based on the interaction of redistribution/recognition and the structural cleavages of exclusion (class, race and gender), along with the development of predatory capitalism and global warming. globally, influence the exercise of the human right to water in Guerrero; e, identify how the absence of its application negatively impacts the well-being of the people who inhabit said hydrological basin. To address these issues, the three-dimensional perspective of social justice proposed by Fraser and Honnet (2006) is adopted, which contemplates the equitable distribution of social rights, the recognition of historically violated cultural identities and equal political representation in decision-making. decisions. To carry out this research, a qualitative argumentative methodology was used, with which the conceptual framework of the right to water is described and analyzed with which the national and international legislation on the right to water is analyzed.
