TABLE 1. World list of the known immature stages of Sarginae species, including distribution per biogeographic region and literature that reports descriptions, illustrations and images. Abbreviations: AF, Afrotropical; NE, Nearctic; NT, Neotropical; OR, Oriental; PA, Palearctic. 1 Larvae, only to genus level, as Sargus sp. (as Geosargus), close related to larvae of S. viridis, were mentioned by Malloch (1917).
