Aphantasia is defined as the absence or marked reduction of conscious, wakeful imagery. It has been
reported in 1% of the population. Most of them live normal lives with intact attention, memory, and
intelligence.1 We are presenting a case of acquired aphantasia presenting as Cotard’s syndrome.
