The Safe Organisation and User Registry for Sensitive Data (SOURSD) is one of four pilot projects funded by UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) to aid better and safer use of data in research. This guidance has been created as part of this project and details what information should be considered when carrying out safe people assessments.
