Description
This document outlines the protocol for a scoping review examining the relationship between open science (OS) and intellectual property (IP). The review investigates how OS and IP interact, identifying points of tension, alignment, and synergy, with a focus on knowledge valorisation, legal frameworks, and research dissemination. It aims to map existing literature and extract practical strategies for integrating OS principles with IP management.
