SND-projektet Bevarade och tillgängliga databaser - Slutrapport

The following report describes the implementation and results of the project Bevarade och tillgängliga databaser. Despite existing IT solutions for storing large amounts of data, Lund University Library has identified a need from researchers in the humanities and social sciences for services that meet their specific requirements for structuring, sharing, and preserving research data. The project has thus aimed to ensure access to databases that are continuously updated with research data, aligning with Lund University Library's mission of perserving and making information accessible. The result of the project is the implementation of the database service Heurist, a platform based on open-source software. The project was funded by the Swedish National Data Service (SND).
