Reference Dataset for QfO Benchmark Webservice
Description
This dataset contains the reference data used for the QfO benchmark webservice workflow (https://github.com/qfo/benchmark-webservice). It is build from the QfO reference proteomes provided by UniProt. The dataset is specific to the release of the reference proteome. The version of this dataset reflects the version of the QfO Reference Proteome dataset.
