This release comes following an update to the post process pipeline on the miRBench_paper repository to fix reported bugs. miRBench datasets were recreated and released as version 7. The package was updated to link to the new datasets. The miRBenchCNN models were retrained on the new v7 train sets. The miRBenchCNN predictors now refer to these newly trained models. Additionally, we have changed storing the predictors on GitHub to storing them on Zenodo and updated the codebase to support this.
