Description

AutoEncoder (AE) and Spectra Encoder (SE) of DeePFAS model with three independent settings, oversampling training dataset and rounding m/z of spectrum to two decimals (r2 + over), only rounding m/z of spectrum to two decimals (r2), and only rounding m/z of spectrum to one decimal (r1).
