ImageJ macro to adjust brightness, contrast and colors of OM images and export as TIFF with scale bar

This ImageJ macro automates the processing and export of optical microscopy images. It recursively scans a specified input directory for image files with a user-defined suffix, processes the images by enhancing contrast and applying color adjustments, and exports the final results as TIFF files to an output directory.
