Retain OER. Rights Retention policies

This Open Educational Resource on "Rights Retention policies" is based on the report ‘Building bridges to Open Access. Paths to Institutional Rights Retention in Europe 2024’, as part of the Retain project within the Knowledge Rights 21 programme*. 

It explores the benefits of such policies, outlines potential policy structures, and offers practical steps for institutions to develop and implement their own approaches. Through clear explanations and case studies, learners will gain insights into different strategies and best practices for advancing rights retention policy implementation.
