VtkFbxConverter: Binary release for ParaView 4.3.1

Description

This is the first binary release of the ParaView exporter plugin. Simply download the DLL and put it in ParaView-Install-Folder/bin. The load the plugin via Tools / Manage Plugins. The exporter is then available via File / Export Scene.

This is compatible with the following ParaView version:
