Noe.ia: a Formal Research Framework on Self-Referential Semiosis in Machine Learning

Description

Noe.ia is a novel, formal research framework proposing a paradigm shift in the development of intelligent systems.
It introduces self-referential semiosis as a foundational mechanism for Machine Learning, enabling systems not only to process language or data structures, but to recursively evolve their own semantic representations over time.

The framework integrates concepts from semantic recursion, graph neural networks (GNNs), affective computing, and ethical alignment, enabling a model to refine meaning internally through structured reflection, emotion-as-topology mapping, and value-guided transformation
