Polar-to-energy responses of Sectors A-D for the 3DCAM instrument under a 4 keV electron beam

Description

Calibration results for channels 1 to 4 and sectors A to D. Done under a 4keV electron beam, variations of polar angles and electrostatic optics' voltages. Magnetic compensation using a 3-axis Helmholtz coil. Line 3: voltage bins, from 528V to 688V
Line 6: polar angle bins; from -11.25° to -70.75°
