Celenos
Description
Celenos is a post-processing software developed at ENSTA / IRDL (UMR CNRS 6027) designed to the analysis of infrared movies with three goals in mind:
- to provide a large variety of post-processing tools dedicated to the analysis of the thermal effects under thermomechanical (cyclic) loadings ;
- to be agnostic, that is to say being able to read infrared data coming from different manufacturers. Currently, three manufacturers are supported (Teledyne Flir, InfraTec and Noxant) and additional brands may be added in the future depending on the needs;
- to provide a transparent and efficient way to use compensated pixelwise calibrations developed at IRDL in order to improve the thermal accuracy of cooled infrared cameras.
Celenos can be used through a Graphical User Interface or python scripts thanks to a python binding.
Celenos is still a Work In Progress software. Updates will be published regularly (and the user manual will receive all the attention it deserves).
