OLED materials refractive index and extinction coefficient dispersions

Description

This dataset contains optical dispersion data, specifically ε1 and ε2 (real and imaginary parts of the dielectric function) or n and k (refractive index and extinction coefficient) in the spectral range of 210 to 1690 nm (0.7 to 5.9 eV; 1067 wavelengths in total), for 19 organic light-emitting diode (OLED) compounds. The compounds included in this dataset are commonly used in OLED and optoelectronic applications, such as electron transport, hole transport, and emissive materials.

The dataset covers the following 19 OLED compounds:

  • TPBi
  • TAZ
  • BPhen
  • TCTA
  • DPEPO
  • mCP
  • mCBP
  • m-MTDATA
  • B3PymPm (exhibits graded optical properties)
  • OXD-7
  • CzSi
  • TAPC
  • NBPhen (exhibits uniaxial anisotropic optical properties)
  • PO-T2T
  • HAT-CN6
  • CBP
  • NPB
  • Spiro-OMeTAD (exhibits graded optical properties)
  • TPD
