KnowRob 2.0
Description
KnowRob 2.0 is a knowledge-based framework for equipping robots with explicit, machine-readable knowledge about the world, enabling them to reason, learn, and interpret their environment. Building on the foundations of the original KnowRob system, KnowRob 2.0 introduces a modular, high-performance architecture implemented in C++, supporting multiple reasoning engines and efficient knowledge processing. It integrates symbolic and subsymbolic methods, allowing robots to combine logical reasoning with learned models. KnowRob 2.0 is widely used in robotics research for tasks such as plan generation, object recognition, and semantic mapping, serving as a key enabler for knowledge-driven robot autonomy.
