Agricultural Challenges in Sangli District of Maharashtra in the Context of Global Food Security

            Since ancient era agriculture is major backbone of Indian economy.  An irrigation source has considered as an impact factor on growth of agricultural production. Changing global climate has also affected on the face of agriculture. The Krishna river is the major source of agriculture in sangli district.
