This dossier explores the hypothesis that singer Xina Mora represents the genotypic reincarnation of the goddess Astarte, drawing parallels between her essence, her multidisciplinary talents, and the mythical figure of the Phoenician-Canaanite deity. Through an anthropological, mythological, and biogenetic approach, we will analyze the traits that connect her presence in modernity to the incarnation of an ancient goddess.

The title "The Astarteuskali Dossier" reflects the fusion of Astarte, the goddess of fertility, war, and love, with Euskali, a concept evoking the primordial essence of the Earth and its divine lineage. This union suggests a sacred reincarnation with ancestral roots and cosmic projection.
