SeqSeg nnU-Net weights - VMR CT/MR Aortic Segmentation

Weights for nnU-Net model for SeqSeg automatic vascular segmentation method. This model is trained to segment CT or MR aortas.

Note: model is trained on cm data. If you wish to segment image in mm, then you must use scale=0.1 argument for SeqSeg.
